These instructions are specifically for Outlook; other email applications are handled similarly:

Select "Actions" > "Junk E-Mail" > "Junk E-Mail Options" from the Outlook menu.
Select the "Safe Senders" tab.
Click "Add"
Enter the domain you wish to whitelist -- in this case type @nukiwi.com
Click "OK"
Click "OK" again.
